Away Day Pass does not collect, store or transmit any data. Everything works locally on your device.
1. Information We Collect
None. We do not collect personal information, usage data, location data, device identifiers or any other data. Squad names, cars, rooms and fixtures you enter never reach us.
2. How We Use Information
Because we collect nothing, nothing is used, analyzed, profiled or sold. There is no data on our side to use.
3. Data Storage
Your trips, players, kit lists and past scores are kept only on your device. There is no cloud storage and no server holding a copy.
4. Third-Party Services
The app contains no analytics, advertising networks or trackers, and shares nothing with third parties. Trip sheets leave your device only when you choose to send one to your team chat.
5. Data Security
Since everything runs locally, your information is as safe as your device. We recommend keeping a screen lock enabled and your system up to date.
6. Children's Privacy
Away Day Pass is built for adults who organise youth teams. We collect no data from anyone, including children, in line with COPPA principles. Names you enter about young players stay on your device.
7. Your Control
You decide what is stored and what is shared. No account is needed. To delete all of your data, remove trips inside the app or simply uninstall it.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version here. Our commitment to collecting nothing will not change quietly.
